There is a hint of fall in the air these days, but August is definitely still summer. It's kept us very busy with crop tending and harvesting, pasture rotating, second cutting hay, fairs, and a much-anticipated visit from our youngest daughter.

Whole Chickens Available After Labor Day!

We are taking pre-orders for our first batch of broilers. We'll have the birds all processed and ready for pickup after Labor Day.

Beef Restock

We just restocked our freezers with some freshly processed Hill Place beef. Like all our meat, this was raised on our farm in NH and processed in an USDA inspected facility. Cuts are available frozen at the farm. Check out our website for full list, and order yours for pickup.

Another Try for Holly and Tilly

We'll have to try again for babies out of Holly and Tilly, as it looks like neither one of them became pregnant after their visit with the stallion. Not sure when we'll get them over there again, but we aren't giving up on more baby Suffolks.

Sweet Corn Hitting the Stand

Our crop of sweet corn is coming in hot. Freshly picked ears will be available in the stand. Be sure to pick some up and enjoy summer's last hurrah!

What's Blooming?

Everything is blooming! We've been filling the stand as often as we can with beautiful mixed bouquets full of zinnias, snapdragons, cosmos, and some of everything. Look for flower bunches on your next stop in!

Hill Place Merch in the Wild

Our son-in-law Kyle rocked his Hill Place shirt at the Emley Show in Yorkshire, UK.

Enjoy the last of summer!
