We've got our orders back from the butcher, and that means we are restocked on all of your favorites. More excitingly, we have a whole selection of new cuts and products to offer!

  • Pork-- we have more bacon, breakfast sausage, ham steaks, and other delicious cuts of pork to offer!

  • Beef-- we've also restocked on ground beef, all your favorite steaks, and several new cuts that we're able to offer for the first time.

  • Taco Seasoning-- running out of ideas for weekday meals? We've commissioned a signature blend of spices for a ready to go taco seasoning you can add to your Hill Place ground beef. Then all you need is tortillas and toppings!

Haying

If there is one major task that controls the schedule of the whole summer, it's haying. We can't say this is looking to be our best crop ever (thanks thunderstorms!) but we've been hard at working getting it ready to feed our livestock this winter anyway.

Gardens

ree

After taking last year off entirely, we have spent this spring undertaking a massive expansion of our garden space. Everything is coming up really well and we can't wait to start to harvest sweet corn, pumpkins, cabbage, and our big experimental crop-- dried beans.

We do wish there wasn't so much weeding to keep ahead of though!
